ANDEAN LAKE CROSSING & CRUCE ANDINO

It is the most scenic way to travel from Chile- Argentina or Argentina to Chile . This spectacular Andes crossing takes you through lakes and mountain passes that can either start from Puerto Montt - Puerto Varas to Bariloche or Bariloche (Argentina) to Puerto Varas - Puerto Montt (Chile).

This route operates all year round. One of the peculiarities of the adventure, in addition to the  natural scenic beauty, is that it alternates between bus and catamaran through different lakes located between Chile and Argentina. It is a great experience and only those who had lived it, can understand their real magnitude. The crossing includes four lakes: Nahuel-Huapi, Frias Lake(Argentina), Todos los Santos and Llanquihue Lake(Chile)

 

There are 02 routes to choose : 01 Day Route valid from September to April and 02 days route, valid all year round. The 02 days route includes 01 night of lodging in Peulla, located in the border of Chile & Argentina.
