The fascinating route aboard Navimag Cruceros invites you to navigate patagonian fjords, through which we will know part of the Northern Patagonian Ice Fields where we will know the magical San Rafael Glacier located in the lagoon of the same name. Declared in 1979 by UNESCO a Biosphere Reserve, the San Rafael Lagoon shows large blocks of blue ice creating an enormous garden of floating ice with different shapes and sizes.
Between November and March Navimag offers departures to Laguna San Rafael in the modern cruise Mare Australis from the city of Castro in the Chiloé Island. The trip is a 5 day and 4 nights circuit, that also visits the Island Jechica and Chaitén.
Navimag no more offers their traditional trip with a ferry (there are only a few departures with this vessel during the winter).
